 there's nothing to it. 아무것도 아니야
financially stable 재정적으로 안정된.
wet behind the ears 풋내기인, 어리고 경험이 별로 없는
 I don't broadcast this. 소문내지 않아요.

 
1.  You know there's nothing to it, this psychic drivel, right?
(신경쓰지 말게. 심령술사의 헛소리라고. 아무것도 아닌거 알잖나)
 
- there's nothing to it. 아무것도 아니야, 사실이 아니야.
- ex : There's nothing to it, it's all just rumours. 헛소리야 그냥 루머라니까.
- ex : I want to make sure everyone knows that there's nothing to it. 사실 관계가 없다는 걸 모두가 알아야 합니다.
- ex : Oh, there's really nothing to it. You've just got to learn the steps. 아, 정말 별거 아니야. 단계만 익히면 돼.
 
2.  So you're a partner in a corporate PR firm. You're educated, finacially stable. I just don't get it.
(홍보 회사에서 일하고 있군. 교육도 받았고, 재정 상태도 괜찮은데. 왜 이러는거죠?)
 
- financially stable 재정적으로 안정된.
-  ex : He grew up in a financially stable environment. 그는 재정적으로 안정된 환경에서 자랐다.
- ex : He grew up in a financially unstable environment. 그는 재정적으로 안정되지 않은 환경에서 자랐다.
- ex : We support families that are finacially limited. / We support families that are struggling financially./ We support families with financial struggle. 우리는 재정적 한계가 있는. 어려움을 겪는 가족들을 지원합니다.
- ex : I'm broke. 나 파산이야.
- ex : I need to tighten my belt this month. 나 이번 달은 긴축 재정이야.
- ex : He's loaded. 쟤 갑부래. (loaded 꽉차다.)
 
3. Back them, no one was paying attention to me, I was still wet behind the ears, but I was right.
(그땐 아무도 제 말을 안 믿었고 풋내기 형사였지만 제가 옳았어요)
 
-  wet behind the ears 풋내기인, 어리고 경험이 별로 없는, 미숙한. 아기나 갓태어난 동물은 젖어있음. 막 태어난 송아지를 어미 소가 핥아서 닦아주는데 마지막까지 젖어있는 부분이 귀 뒷부분이라서 비롯된 표현이라고 함. 뭘해도 서투른, 잘 모르는 사람을 다소 못마땅하게 가리키는 말로 사용.
- ex : I think I'm still wet behind the ears to do the job. 그 일을 하기엔 아직 너무 잘 모르는 것 같아요.
- ex : He is wet behind the ears and still has a lot to learn. 그는 풋내기고 아직 배울 게 많아.
- ex : Chris had just graduated from university and is still wet behind the ears. 크리스는 이제 막 대학에서 졸업했고, 아직 풋내기야.
 
4. I don't broadcast this, let alone profit from it.
(저는 이걸로 돈을 벌긴 커녕 소문도 내지 않아요)
 
- 한국말로도 누가 좋지 않은 일을 큰소리로 말하고 다닐 때 [아주 방송을 해라]라는 식으로 말하곤 함. 영어에서도 이 뉘앙스를 broadcast라는 표현으로 나타냄. 
- ex : I don't want to broadcast this to the entire world. It isn't something to be proud of. 이걸 전세계사람에게 알리고 싶지 않아요. 자랑스러워할일이 아닌데요.
- ex : Winston didn't like to broadcast the fact that he was married. 윈스턴은 자기가 결혼했다는 사실을 알리고 싶지 않아했어.
